I could not help but notice that the last 2 months had less than 5 post each, so that tells me that no one is buying much. So i was curious as to the reason. Is it the economy or have most of us stopped collecting?

A combo effect for me - buying a house and not much out there that I can really get into collecting at the moment. I'm pretty much caught up on the items I allow myself to chase.

There just isn't much out there that I want: animated won't have new toys until 2010, and most of the movie toys don't interest me. I have started collecting street fighter revoltech figs, though, so that should lighten the wallet a bit. ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png)

For movie stuff, I'm going for the Human Alliance line - they're on scale with the Alternators (at least the vehicles are). And from the BBTS listings, the first Decepticon is now on preorder - Barricade (with Frenzy). My personal favorite of the movie 'cons!

Since relocating and a bad economy, I just have not had the money for toys and collectibles. But even if I was rolling in money, I just dont see much worth buying.

Economy and lack of things that interest me that I can afford. There are a few things I want to get, but i have to plan it into the budget. Then when I do budget it I can't find what I want. So the money goes elsewhere.
