Well, this explains a lot. I guess Hasbro has gotten tired of Cartoon Network thwarting their toy lines by giving their cartoons on Cartoon Network crappy time slots and killing the shows. It looks like Hasbro owns a 50% stake in Discovery Kids Network now and sometime in 2010 a newly rebranded Discovery Kids Network will debut.
Apparently it will be able to pull from Hasbro's library from the past 90 years for animation, game shows, basically any TV related items that Hasbro licensed to anyone. Plus they are going to generate new shows...so I bet when the next TF cartoon debuts...it will be on Discovery Kids Network. Which, I think would be great, because the shows would finally get good time slots and be able to keep it and not be shifted around to ungodly hours of the day.
I think this isa smart move on Hasbro's part!
