We aren't so much collecting them as buying them for our daughter to play with. She has 4 or 5 of them and every time we go to Wal-Mart we have to stop by the toy dept. (we do it anyway for Jo'Roq) on the "pink aisle" to see if they have anything new.

"Pink aisle", very descriptive. I had a couple My Little Ponies when I was little, they're probably still around somewhere. I remember not liking them as much as my other model horses because they weren't realistic enough, but I did like to play with their hair. They were a lot more durable too...

My sister still has alot of the originals from when she was a kid. She has now given them to her daughters and they now collect MLP. I always buy them for the girls for b-days, X-mas, and when they come to stay with Uncle Jay....
