Name: Leonardo Weapon: Katanas Accessories: suction cups, twin katanas, two ninja stars Next up is Leonardo, the unofficial leader of the team. He approaches situations from a more spiritual aspect. He is closely bonded with Spilter, the tutrles sensei. Again, not very articulated, but still great detail for this figure. you have no problems getting him to stand and he esily holds his weapons. I have not tried to use the suctions cups with him, so I cannot comment on how those work. The accessories are great...the only issue I had with these was the katans being a little bent, but that was easily fixed with little effort. ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v179/StrykerX2K/Update045.jpg) Front view ![](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v179/StrykerX2K/Update046.jpg) Back view Toddler Leo is again a very basic figure not much poseability and comes with a homemade training sword. I really like the todler turtles though...they just bring a little more fun to the line. Next up will be Michaelangelo....and look for the vehicle reviews coming soon...

The great thing about Turtle Figs is the fact that they are good old fashioned action figures. Like you said the articulation is minimal. In my humble oppinion things are getting way over articulated so the Turtles don't bother me a bit.
Another great thing is how tight the joints are. It really helps when standing a figure. TMNT have great grips also. It can be a pain at times to get the weapons in, but I would rather have a strong gripped Leo any day over a limp wristed He-man.
I do have to agree with the swords being to flimsy. Any secret you have found to straightening them out?

Best thing I have found for the long blade swords is to heat an iron, get damp clth and put the blade only between the damp cloth...make sure the cloth is like the thickness of a wash rag or even a hand towel....use the tip of the iro to run over the area where you have teh swaord blade, just enough to warm it...but becareful you don't get it to hot...it may get melty....not sure haven't had that happen yet. Then I stick it between two books for a couple of days, just the blade. usually straightens it out pretty well!

In my humble opinion things are getting way over articulated so the Turtles don't bother me a bit. Jordan fades back.....<swish!!> and THAT's the game! (sorry. I am a little emotional when it comes to articulation. I think it is severely overdone.)

Another great review! ![](http://img8.photobucket.com/albums/v28/gunman_sr5/7_5_131.gif) I've had the same problem you have w/ leo swords, and with raph's sais. Also, the suction cups don't work very well, at least w/ mine.
