Ahh. It will be interesting to see what they do with Thundercats considering that the original show did harbor a lot of cheese. I think this has been a long time coming, but I wonder about character design because it would be neat to see new figures of the original characters. (However, the Thundercats figures are probably some of the best action figures of their era.)
What was disappointing though was the mention of Justice League -
"“Teen Titans” is winding down, as well as the “Justice League” (not necessarily in that order). There will be a final push on both, and then … nada (they’re already pulling the producers and story editors onto other shows). In the past, there’s usually been a marked drop-off in sales for toys with a show on-air versus toys whose shows have been dropped. And it’s usually not pretty."

Yay! for Thundercats, and *hiss* for ending JLU. JL has been some of the best show writing, animated or otherwise, I have seen in a long time. Figures the shows that are actually good are cancelled in favor of the 5-second attention spans ....

I was hoping JLU would make it for a few more seasons or at least give us 26 eps per season....YaY for ThunderCats!
I don't know how reliable this really is as far as the defuntness of JLU and Teen Titans, I thought the reason they went with a Season 5 was because it was doing so well. They even changed the packaging for the new toys....I hope if after Season 5 they do kill the toon, that they don't kill the toy line. The toy line has gotten so much better!
