Anyone catch this on Fox? The "first night's premiere" had that feeling of simply setting things up. It looks like Monday's episode is where everything is supposed to take off.
I am thinking about following the series. I think the pilot first aired sometime last year. I pretty much waited until the U.S. debut to start watching.

I forgot about this show. I need to download the first show and set my DVR to record the rest.

I checked it out. It started out pretty B movie-ish in the opening scene, but luckily that was just a dream sequence. The rest of the first ep was decent though. The bank scene was pretty clever, and the "roll call" scene in the classroom was cool too. I'll at least check out the second part tomorrow before deciding if I want to record it on a regular basis or not. I can't see how they can stretch the story out into an ongoing show. I mean, how many Terminators were sent back through time?! They were already stretching it with Terminator 2, imo.
And do you think there will eventually be some kind of physical relationship between John and his new protector? All the sign posts are pointing that way, but man... creepy!

I enjoyed it, and will try to watch it whenever I get a chance to.

I think I am going to watch the series.
I have to admit that my brain is doing a bit of overtime trying to decide what time travel theories and what time line assumptions I want to accept in order to get this to "work." However as it is completely fantasy, I find it easier to let go and concentrate on the action and....character development (whoa. I used the C.D. term!)
They have to keep this fresh. I think they have already set it up as a multidimensional show. I hope they continue to develop it well.

I liked part 2 enough to keep recording the series, but I'm not sure how far they can keep the momentum going. I actually LIKED Terminator 3, but I can see why they chose to ignore it in this show. Now they can do whatever they want without having to tie it in to T3 by the end of the series. I guess T3 isn't TOTALLY negated yet, but I'm sure it will be as the show progresses along. We'll see.

Because of the time slot I have had to keep up with Fox on demand. Great thing to have at work. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) Monday is the 2 hour season finally. I can't wait. I just hope news of season 2 comes soon. I would hate for this to be another Fox one season wonder....
