Mine would be Jonathan Frakes.The Riker character was awsome and flexable. You also have to add in that he directed several TNG and DS9 episodes.

I agree.
I think mine would have to be Brent Spiner - he got a chance to play multiple roles in the show alone and really knew how to add variety to his acting ability.

Michael Dorn - The first actor to make a good guy out of a Klingon. Plus he succeeded in taking a planned background character (yes, Worf originally was just window dressing) into a main character on two series!
Spiner and Levar Burton are both poretty close, but Dorn just has the Klingon advantage.
