I can say I am not a big fan of todays Rassling. I miss the good vs. evil rather then the antihero vs. the low class woman beater. I did find this website fun though. It was kind of fun to read about some of the greats and where they have gone. www.obsessedwithwrestling.com/profiles/index.html

I started to get into wrestling just as the WCW began its descent - right around when they were bought by WWF and began using "former" WWF writers to script the fights.
I might have stayed with it, but once it hit the point where the one-on-one matches would never finish and stay one-on-one (they would end up as 20-on-one or 15-on-10) I couldn't even reach the critical "suspension of disbelief" level of viewing.
One major event did happen in the period I watched, though - when "Hollywood" Hogan (as he was known in the WCW for trademark reasons) came out once more as "Hulk" Hogan, in full Hulkamania regalia. As cheesy as it all was, that was a nice bit of entertainment ....
