So far a good ep...I like the use of so many characters if for only a few seconds...I was hoping hte Huntress would get some play...maybe on the ne The Batman show.....Bosster Gold is a trip, but even when he was in Justice League International, I never really liked him...more later....

OK, I never really liked Booster Gold very much...when I used to read JLInternational...I always cringed when he was focused on....He was just a boring and irritating character, along with Blue Beetle.
A couple of other characters from JLI I wish they had given some play to was Fire and Ice(formerly Ice Maiden). THey always seem to have cool and complementing powers. I was surprised to see that they had a current key JSA'er in there also, Stars of Stars and Stripe. She is another cool female character that doesn't get utilized enough.....The one thing I didn't get a good look at was Vigilante...I was surprised they actually have him in the league, since in teh comics he was very hardlined and edgy...far beyond that of Batman...crossed the line very often. I can't remember if in the comic he was ever really part of the JL in any form....over all I like that he got the girl....a good episode and you they gave you enough on him that you didn't have to know his background....I wish we would have seen more of the other battle, but that would have taken away from Booster....I have a different outlook on him at this point....I don't remember Skeets or Skeet either ever being in the comic, but I am ure he must have been around....

Booster Gold just isn't that interesting of a character...I really wish the focus would have been on some of the others....but the story was done well if you liked him....

Jay - Use paragraphs!!!! ![](http://img44.photobucket.com/albums/v136/TTC_Forum/soap.gif) I was disappointed that we didn't get to see a lot of those characters in action. I was almost prepared for an all out war - but got a side story of a boring character. I mean sure I thought he would help out...but not take a SIDE story.

Exactly...I found it strange that he would rate as a character that SHOULD get a side story...I would have much rather seen Huntress or Fire & Ice....

Yep.
I was like "Sweet! Huntress!"
".....hey wait a second. Where is she going?"
No lines.

Okay episode, good character line. But I agree it was terribly disappointing to see all those other new characters for the roll call (and not even all of them for that) and transport sequence, then get an egomaniac for the rest of the episode.
The Super-Bat-Woman was a nice gimmick, and about the only good one. The running "Green Lantern" gag was bad the first time - how cold anyone not at least expect GL's costume to be GREEN?
About the best parts were Jon giving battle orders and Batman's "You and I are going to have a talk later."
Nothing really memorable about this ep (though it had a better character hook than Hawk and Dove). Usually an episode focusing on a secondary character on the outskirts of an action shows how the character's supporting roll makes all the difference in battle. This probably would have worked better focusing on Elongated Man......
But I would still have rather been watching the mass battle.
