Do we even want to speculate on this one?

Do we even want to speculate on this one? Well, the synop mentions Lex Luthor and Amazo (Robert Picardo). Doesn't list Hawkgirl at all, but perhaps it is a surprise.

I don't think Hawkgirl is going to show up until episode 11. Hawk & Dove are 2 of my favorites, as they were originally Teen Titans at some point... Here is a link to all ep synopsis on CN's site... www.cartoonnetwork.com/tv_shows/jlu/If you click on the character section, you will notice Hawkgirl is not listed yet....hopefullyshe will be a bigger part in the next 13 episodes they do..

Speaking of - when does "season 4" start? Do we know? I could see them doing the first 13 as season 3, breaking once Christmas is reached and then resuming in the spring or summer with season 4 which wouldn't technically be a typical season break but would work as one.

I don't think until Spring or summer....you know they will play 11 episodes and then save the last 2 for the pre-season 4 debut...like they have done every season...they drag it out...don't know why..
I really think this is jsut a test for Unlimited...I think if this does not fly, they will go back to the old format...
Personally I like JLU better...

Personally I like JLU better... In my opinion, I don't really see how I can like JLU better until they have an episode that 1-ups Starcrossed. Jay - How can you like it better? We have only seen 3 episodes so far. I like the extension of the show - I can see how the characters have grown. There have been good episodes, but nothing that has really blown me away yet to make it better than JL. And after all - there are two full seasons of JL (to compare to the earlier mentioned 3 episodes of JLU.)

Because...
1.) I was getting tired of the core team and it was getting boring....except for Starcrossed, there was really nothing memorable except the Season opener with Darkseid...
2.) Mixing up the roster gives better variety and we don't have to look at the core team for an entire episode....
3.) Hawk and Dove are going to be on the next episode with Wonder Woman....I haven't even seen it but don'treally care, because, it's not going to have jsut the core team....
I was pretty bored...with the exception of Starcrossed...with JL...there was really nothing new they introduced....the format is by far better when you have outside interaction, even in a 30 minute format.
Like I said..I really didn't care for last weeks episode, again focusing on teh core team...
The first episde with Green Arrow rocked....that alone was better than most of last season...

I think I strongly disagree with you on this take. Looking forward to seeing more episodes. Wish they were doing more.

I don't know why they decided to change it up, but I am glad they did. I think I may be getting bored with the whole series...I like the more individual story lines, I just wish they were two parters vs one. Other than Starcrossed last season, the only other really great episode was the one with Dr. Fate, Aquaman, and Solomon Grundy...(The Terror Beyond..I think) The season opener was good, as well, but still not so exciting....but admittedly...vs what is on TV right now...JUstice League is by far better than any other series, including Teen Titans, Go!...
