Well, here we are deep into Christmas Eve. I just got back from our traditional family dinner after the Christmas service at church. For the first time ever (recorded), it is snowing in Houston, TX on Christmas Eve. Absolutely amazing that this could happen. I hope everyone is having a Merry Christmas & I look forward to hearing about the "Christmas Hauls" when all is said and done. Haha. I won't get any toys for Christmas because I always like selecting things myself (and family would have no idea what to pick up)

Dude I saw the news this morning. We got 3 inches up here a few days ago, but what you guys got was rediculous. Does Houston even have a plow?
Anyway... Merry Christmas everyone!!!

Makes me mostly glad to be out of town for the snow .... no way I'd have risked going outside the house for a few days ....
Of course, all the snow that was here in Midland was melted by Christmas day, so we missed on both ends .....

Belated Merry X-mas to everyone! I was outside barefooted and all watching the snow fall! It was pretty cool. My grandfather all the way south in Edinburgh/McAllen, TX got a full inch on the ground. A cousin in Victoria got 12", Spencer's parents got 4-6" we just got enought to make the roof white, but it was still cool to have a white christmas of sorts!
As we drove over to Spencer's Grandmothers for X-mas breakfast, the further south we went, the bigger the snow deposits were.....looks like some areas got quite a bit!
