Opening has a few surprises.... ;D Sorry about the pops and static. There is a bit of snap, crackle, pop in this one. (No Rice Krispies though) 26:09 minutes 9 MB Toy Time (right-click to save)

Wow! I don't think I ever heard of the Grimlock story. Doubt you could get Hasbro to do that now though... The poor Falcon to. I won't mention to much of the demise of my Prime and Megs though.

Fun show Chris, and I agree with Gunman, that story about how you got G1 Grimlock takes the cake! I tell you, the toy companies seemed more caring back then. But you can't blame them for changing, as they were probably taken advantage of waaaay too many times over the years by less-than-reputable people.
Oh, and for the record, I actually felt nostalglic for Star Wars again sometime in 1987, and ended up buying back most everything I destroyed, sold, or had thrown been out by mom a couple years earlier. That included another Falcon too, which I still have to this day. But somewhere along the line I lost the training ball/remote from the playset. The most valuable piece. :*(

Another great show; I think megaman 2 has my favorite video game music, and I heard about that megaman/rockman soundtrack a week or so ago; that cd is sooo bought. ![](http://img44.photobucket.com/albums/v136/TTC_Forum/Band.gif) There're two versions, rock and techno; I'm buying both, of course. Lol, prime's fists! Anime inaccuracy FTL! ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) I had similar thoughts as a kid about starscream's fists; there's nowhere to put them in alt mode! Thank primus for anniversary prime and mp ss, eh.? ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) Awesome grimlock story! Too bad, like raggletag said, such generosity doesn't make financial sense for companies; too much screwing-over from consumers.

Slightly off-topic, but connected to 80's nostalgia/grimlock love: this morning we were cleaning out the basement and I found an old photo album, and two pics reminded me of this thread. In one I was wearing a grimlock shirt (that I have no recollection of having), and in another a friend of mine was grimlock for halloween!

Me Grimlock King!
That's awesome, Destro. I'm glad you guys liked the Grimlock story. I never thought about how that sort of thing probably wouldn't happen today. It makes me appreciate the memory even more.
I'm glad you liked the Mega Man music. I thought Tony might like it....but he made no mention of it. Hmmmm....
