Overall, an awesome figure. Lots of moving parts and joints so a variety of poses are possible, but watch out - the rear stabilizers (the "little wings") pop off at almost any pressure, and the fingers are easy to pop off trying to pose them around anything. I haven't tried much posing in Robot mode yet, mostly because the tail fin and stabilizer kibble is the most limiting factor.
Transformation is a bit difficult in spots, mostly with the head, nose cone, and wing areas. Definitely not for younger fingers.
The pics have been cropped and resized to minimize file size. If anyone wants larger views, I can email the full size images (which are huge).
There is a lot to the figure so there's a few features not shown in the photos, like the "hidden" missle launchers in his robot chest (behind the fans on the shoulders).
Jet mode
You can somewhat see Dr. Arkeville in the cockpit. We didn't get a good pic of him - he's tiny and all white except some flesh-colored paint on his face. He's not identified by name on the package or instructions, just called a "removable pilot".
Close-up of the crown logo
A bit fuzzy, but the best we could get.
Jet mode on the stand
Jet mode with Megatron
The Megatron gun is the one that came with 20th Anniversary Prime. The clip that holds it is a removable piece that can be kept in a slot on the bottom side of the stand. In fact, the only piece that does not have an automatic storage spot is Dr Arkeville when SS is in Robot mode.

Robot mode
Robot mode is extremely back-heavy (a lot of kibble storage), so he pretty much needs the stand unless you want to spend hours trying to get a balanced pose.
He has two faces, a generic expression and a smirk. I much prefer the smirking face, as it gives him more character. The face is change by pulling it down out of the "helmet" and rotating. It was tough to get the face pulled down in the first place, so pick your favorite expression early.

And of course, a face-off ....
