Sounds good, but only if it's fully-animated. I hope it's not a virtual "book and tape" type thing, where it's mostly still pictures with CGI lighting effects and the camera panning and zooming around to similuate motion. They did something like that for GI Joe awhile back. It was pretty weak...

I can just about guarantee you that it is not fully-animated.
It has been a popular thing nowadays for digital comic books to appear in ways like you just described, Tony. They essentially take the comic book art, pan & zoom around with it adding explosions, a narrative and voice acting.
They've released several instances of this on the PSP for a few comic books. There are a few other things that are web-based. It is basically the new generation of Reading Rainbow...yet more of a new art form rather than literature presentation and suggestion.
