I was reading the morning paper today and saw an article about a Bed and Breakfast that we pass when we go to visit the inlaws. It tells about how the restored Hotel has a rich supernatural history. Aparently it is a hot spot for tourists hoping to get a glimps of the apperitions of 2 doctors and a female who died during child birth.
On my next trip up there I am going to have to check this place out.
Anyone else been to or know of a place that contains a doorway to the after life. Muhahahahhhahaha!!!

SWEET I love these. Sorry i havent been on guys been packing and yesterday was out trick or treating. Actually Bear there are a few places around The Charleston-Ashmore area here in Illinois that are kinda spooky. We have an old Insane Ayslum in Ashmore called Ashmore Estates. Story has it that the Estate lost funding so all the people working there just left all the sick and ill people to fend for themselves. They all died of starvation and when u go in there u can see things spreading blood all over the walls, u will have doors shut and lock u in rooms and u always here strange voices. I went there a few years back with some friends and its actually quite spooky in there. All i could really see is writing on the wall and what looked like dry blood smeared on the doors adn floors of rooms. i wasnt in there very long. i get to spooked out about it. Then we have a witches Grave between Ashmore and Oakland. There is A HUGE Orb gravestone that is supposedly a witches grave. She was born on February 31 like 1800 and dies February 31 like 1850 or something. She wasnt very old when she died. There are so much more but i cant think of them all right now. Its really weird to think of something near you being haunted or spooky

Oh Ashmore Estates was three doors down from where I grew up, but that was 2 miles away. Seriously.
