Hasbro announced a while back that they were planning to develop a combiner Alt, and more recently announced that they were pursuing airplane licenses.
Given that Dead End and Swindle have already been released (eliminating the chances for a G1-pure Menasor or Bruticus set), could we be seeing the Aerialbots return in Alternator form?
Just a thought.

Actually, I bet Menasor is a possibility. I seem to remember somebody saying that combiners would likely be made of three alternators. This makes sense because if it were made of five, it would probably be too bulky and big. The Aerialbots would have to be in three (if they were done) because of their general bulk. If they are doing the jets, they would probably have to scale them down even more than they would to match the size of the car alts. I suppose any combiner is game just because they have proven that your name could be Grimlock, Shockwave, Ravage, whatever and you can still be a car.
