It's funny, because - in the time I have known all of you ....I don't think we have ever asked this question!!!
Pretty simple. Cartoon aired from 1984 to 1987. 98 episodes. Which one was your favorite and why?

Dark Awakening was a favorite of mine bacause I showed what happened to those characters who died in the movie, I mean, where they were, etc. I also like the way Optimus Prime is portrayed there. Another episode I consider a grat one is Starscream's Ghost.

The first that comes to mind is Starscreams Ghost. Other than that I like the Ultimate Doom, all of them.

Dark Awakening is for sure the best episode hands down. The other one I like is the Golden Lagoon. The ending is very cool. Go beachcombe! For some reason I like the ones that are not always a happy ending.

There are so many good ones that I don't know if I can narrow it down. One that hasn't been mentioned yet that I really enjoyed was web world. It was really funny seeing galvy react to the pyschiatric treatment, and then escaping, only to then blow up the whole planet! Priceless.

It's funny because I am such a big fan of the pre-movie characters, but my favorite episode is actually a three-parter - "The Rebirth." It is a shame that the series couldn't have continued with that 4th season. In my opinion, that set of episodes really got back to formula. You had new characters that actually had personalities. You had Optimus Prime, Vector Sigma, the Matrix of Leadership, Alpha Trion....it was all awesome.

Which one was your favorite and why? I'd have to go with the tried and true original More Than Meets the Eye 3-parter. It had excellent character development, lots of great action, and some of the best animation. I hope they use this 3-parter as a template for the live-action movie. Tony PS- Plus it featured the only cartoon appearance of Hauler!

:opwave:I too enjoyed Gold Lagoon but have you ever read Return to the Golden Lagoon by Kevin J. Guhl, it's actually a very good story that follows up on the episode. Also this image you pasted with your post, are those your customs?
