Sweet! I do remember those. Never had any myself, but I had friends who did.
I think there was a show for them as well, but if there was I was living in Germany at the time, where we only had one English channel (the military network channel). But that channel did have the essentials: He-Man, Thundercats, Voltron, and Tranzor Z (original Japanese title Mazinger Z). I can still remember getting up early in the summer and being impatient for this stupid Peter Jennings guy to finish up with the boring news (Nightline - it was given an early morning slot because of the time difference) so the cartoons could get started .....

I think I remeber them too didn't they have like Magnets in their feet?

Everything had magnets. The figures had magnets in their feet, adn the vehicles had magnets on at least one surface so that they could attach modularly.
If I remember right, the Starwolf had a magnet on the bottom and the Laser RAT had on on top (In the compact non-battle mode).
